Max Williamson
Max Williamson is an associate attorney with Daily Aljian. He has experience in most phases of civil litigation, including trial, and has defended a wide variety of claims, including construction, employment, habitability, insurance, international shipping, maritime, real estate, and personal injury, in state and federal court.
Mr. Williamson earned his juris doctor degree from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana. During law school, he was a student attorney for the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic and the Senior Articles Editor for the Tulane Maritime Law Journal, Volume 44. His clerkships were with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, D.C. and a boutique litigation firm, Scudi & Ayers LLP, in San Diego.
Before law school, Mr. Williamson earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University. While enrolled, he competed for its men’s volleyball team, studied abroad in Perugia, Italy, and traveled to Cuba to learn about its developments in sustainable agriculture.
In his free time, Mr. Williamson enjoys training Brazilian jiu-jitsu, surfing and gardening.
